How we will begin scheduling appointments upon reopening:
Starting on the day that the salon was shut down, we rebook clients in the order that they lost their appointments. If you did not have a pre-booked appointment, and you’d like to make an appointment, your name will go to the bottom of the rebooking list.
We will contact you with your next appointment as soon as we can.

We thank you for your patience. After a shut down, the backlog of clients that need to be placed into our schedule is massive. Hundreds of appointments mean hundreds of hours of work. We will get everybody in eventually, and this system is the fairest way that we know how to do it.

COVID-19 Protocols

During these uncertain times it is important to do everything we can to stop the spread of COVID-19. In order to protect our clients and stylists we have implemented new regulations.

Thank you for your cooperation as we work to keep you and ourselves safe.

We require all clients to wear a mask when in the salon. Our stylists are required to wear masks at all times as well. During certain waxing treatments where you must remove your mask, your waxologist is then required to wear a face shield along with their face mask.

For your convenience, masks are available for purchase for $2.

Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of COVID-19. Call us to reschedule and proceed with completing the 811 self-assessment for symptoms of COVID-19. Your stylist will do the same.

Due to physical distancing guidelines we currently do not have a waiting area within the salon and ask that all clients arrive on time for their scheduled appointment in order to avoid arriving at the same time as other scheduled clients and to avoid cancellation. Your stylist will be on a very tight schedule to allow for sanitation/disinfection protocol. If you do arrive early, please feel free to wait at the benches in the mall until your stylist comes to collect you.

As our stylists are on a very tight schedule to allow for sanitation/disinfection protocol, our phones will not be answered during salon hours. Please leave a message with your name and callback number and we will return your call as soon as we can.
